 Optimum Training
Our aim is to equip you in Evangelism, challenge you in your Spiritual life and we are committed to your Personal Development.
Optimum believes in supporting you throughout your year with ongoing reviews and mentoring. We spend a month in intensive training and rehearsing and the remainder of the year is training "on-the-go".
You'll be working with some extremely experienced evangelists, musicians and youth workers, who will walk alongside you and encourage you in your development.
Youth & Community Volunteer
Residential weeks, are a highlight to the year, they are a great opportiunity to get to know each other but even better God does amazing things in your life as you give up a week to seek Him and spend time with Him (from early morning to late at night). For me most notably after months of praying and asking about what the future holds God reveled this at the April Residential. Seeing God break down barriers in peoples lives and being able to draw closer to Him as a group is a total blessing.
